How many almonds does a bottle of Fresh Almond Milk have?
Each bottle of The Family Kitchen’s Fresh Almond Milk has 82 almonds, which is 25% almonds per bottle.
Do you add any flavouring, synthetic chemicals or sugar syrup to the Fresh Almond Milk?
We at The Family Kitchen believe in fresh food, which is 100% free of preservatives and made only with the cleanest ingredients which is why there is nothing artificial or unnecessary in our Fresh Almond Milk.
Where is the Fresh Almond Milk made?
The Fresh Almond Milk is made fresh right here in Singapore in a licensed kitchen.
Why does the Fresh Almond Milk last only 5 days?
The Family kitchen does not add any preservatives, chemicals or stabilizers to increase the shelf-life of the Fresh Almond Milk. As a result, it only lasts up to 5 days in the fridge. Most commercial brands have added stabilizers and preservatives which is why the almond milk can last up to 2 years on the shelf.
Delivery & Shipping FAQs
What are your delivery days?
Our standard delivery days are Wednesdays and Fridays. If you need a different delivery day, please check with us.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please note the cut off timings.
- For Wednesday delivery, before 9 am Tuesday.
- For Friday delivery before 9 am Thursday.
What is the delivery timing?
- The timeslot for standard delivery is 11 am to 5 pm.
- If you want special delivery slots those are additionally chargeable at $10. Please contact us for specific delivery slots.
Can I make changes to my order after cut-off time?
We cannot make any changes to the order or to the delivery time after this cutoff time. In case you want any changes made, we will charge $10 for the same.
Receiving the order
Please put the items in your fridge (all the way at the back so they stay nice and chilled) once you have received the delivery.
If you are not home
If you are not home to receive the order, team will leave the items at your doorstep (assuming they can access your doorstep for delivery). Please leave a cooler bag with ice packs at your doorstep so they can leave the bottles in the cooler bag so they stay chilled and cold. If there is no cooler bag, they will leave the items outside your door and we do not guarantee the freshness of the items and take no liability for items spoiled.
In case there is no one at home to take the delivery, and the team is unable to access the delivery point, they will take the order back with them and this will count as a completed delivery on our end because the items cannot be delivered the next day (as we cannot guarantee freshness).
